About Frank A. Kickbush

Frank is a life-long student of personal development and leadership. For 37 years he has been a leader in business organizations, community groups, youth groups, government and the private sector. Frank’s leadership and training career has included: construction management, purchasing management, contract management consulting, retail management, and business development consulting. He has been a lay minister since age 19, and was a leader in the scout program for 20 years.  This depth of experience is widely appreciated by the many he has positively influenced.

A successful consultant for 20+ years, Frank has designed, written and delivered over 30 adult training courses that teach management skills and program/ project leadership strategies. He has negotiated and consulted with major corporations on behalf of government, resulting in tens of millions of dollars in savings. Frank currently provides a training business development consultation service to non-fiction authors creating training programs and products to compliment their book.

His greatest contributions have been in creating “process solutions” for his clients.

As an Author, Self-Leadership expert, Speaker and Bob Proctor Certified Life Success Consultant, Frank actively supports and helps others discover that they have the potential to HAVE WHATEVER, DO WHATEVER, and BE WHOEVER they desire in life. His greatest motivation is having the opportunity to guide others and help them create a path to greater fulfillment.

Developing training programs for non-fiction authors and a process to guide others in leading themselves has proven to be his inner destiny, and the most exhilarating and meaningful undertaking of his career.

Frank was born in Chilliwack, British Columbia, Canada, and has been a resident of Victoria on Vancouver Island for 25 years. Frank’s greatest joy in his life is his wife Kathryn (married 35 years), his four sons, his three daughters-in-law and his five delightful grandchildren. Frank spends his spare time with Kathryn and her cat Gracie and he loves to canoe the wild white-water rivers of British Columbia with his buddies.
